CTO Relations Manager

About the role

Tech X is collecting CVs for a permanent role at a hiring organization in Dhaka; Tech X runs the CV collection and is not the employer. You will work directly with the CTO on technology strategy and key initiatives, coordinate across engineering, product, AI, data, IT and ERP teams, and keep technology and business stakeholders aligned. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CTO on technology strategy and key initiatives
• Coordinate with engineering, product, AI, data, IT, ERP and other functional teams
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, milestones, risks and action items
• Prepare technology reports, dashboards, presentations and executive briefs
• Research AI, SaaS, cloud computing, automation, cybersecurity and emerging technologies
• Evaluate technology tools, platforms and AI solutions
• Support technology partnerships, vendor discussions and external engagements
• Facilitate communication between technology and business stakeholders
• Use AI tools and automation to improve productivity and execution
• Support CTO-level meetings, technology reviews and strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology, software, IT, SaaS, FinTech, product, business analysis, strategy or related fields
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of technology and AI, with practical experience using modern AI tools
• Active presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with C-level leadership
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Preferred: a background in product management, business analysis, technology, IT, strategy and operations, technical project coordination, business development or software engineering, with strong communication skills
