Professional experience
Spent more than eleven years at Dynamic Solution Innovators (2014 to 2025), moving from senior SQA engineer to project manager. Delivered, as sole project manager, the Digital Monitoring System for DSHE, funded by UNICEF: web dashboards and Android and iOS apps for nationwide education monitoring. Ran UAT, piloting and the national rollout, and trained more than 750 users online and offline. As software training lead on IPEIMS for the Directorate of Primary Education, led a team of four and trained about 2,800 people from all over Bangladesh. Also trained more than 200 Dhaka Metropolitan Police officers on SIVS++, and senior RJSC officials in Dhaka, Chittagong and Rajshahi on the eBRS business registration system. As assistant project manager on IEIMS for BANBEIS, ran Agile ceremonies, supervised the QA team and was the main contact for BANBEIS and the Dhaka Education Board. Before that, tested financial and education software as a senior SQA and automation engineer (Selenium), and mobile games at Playdom, a Walt Disney company (2012 to 2013). Biography
Project manager with 4+ years leading software projects and 8+ years in software QA. Has trained more than 3,500 people across Bangladesh on national systems for DSHE, the Directorate of Primary Education, RJSC and the Dhaka Metropolitan Police.
